Conduct internal audits to ensure procedures and customer requirements, ISO standards and FDA requirements are achieved. This position will verify and validate procedures, processes and systems to ensure records and product history are maintained per FDA requirements. The Quality Engineer will communicate critical features, ensure operators have technical training in the use of measuring equipment, follow inspection procedures and record proper data. Past experience preparing control plans, incorporating known variability and specifying frequency of inspection, sampling and SPC documentation to ensure customer requirements are achieved. This position will support the implementation of new procedures and improvements of the QMS system ( ISO-13485 ) and FDA requirements.
